JOB TITLE: Accounts Receivable (Reliever)
Location: CEBU, IT Park
Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Arrangement: Onsite, Full Time

About this role…

The Accounts Receivable Officer will be working closely with the client to support the business and manage the following tasks:

• Raising billings
• Chasing outstanding payments
• Taking resident and family calls
• Raising direct debits
• Performing cash receipting and basic reconciliation tasks
• Providing occasional assistance to the Accounts Payable (AP) team
• Collaborating with different internal teams as needed
  

Qualifications / Skills:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will be prioritized
• Must be willing to work in a reliever role
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
